## The seven signals

3. **Developer Gravity**: builders concentrate around a platform, toolchain, or ecosystem.
4. **Distribution Capture**: a company or platform gains privileged access to users, demand, or workflow.
5. **Profit Migration**: economic value moves from the old stack to a new layer.
6. **Incumbent Hesitation**: existing leaders delay because the new model threatens their economics or organization.
7. **Capital Flood**: capital recognizes the shift and finances rapid scaling.
